Beth Edmonds Wins November 2, 2004 Maine State Senate District 10 ElectionState Senator Beth Edmonds was re-elected for the 2005-06 term by a significant number. She won her third term with over 59% of the vote in the new state senate district 10. She had 12253 votes of the 20646 cast, for a margin of 3860. This this is a significant increase over her 53% win, with a margin of 987 votes for the District 23 senate seat in 2002. Today, Edmonds expressed sincere thanks to those who voted for her and to her campaign. She said "I am pleased, gratified and humbled by the support shown to me by the people of Brunswick, Freeport, Harpswell and Pownal."
